We just shot a music video for a Bachata Artist from NYC in the Mecca of the Bachata Urbana movement, Washington Heights. It was fun shooting this video in my old hood, which offered us a beautiful backdrop of pre-war architectural buildings as well as organic cultural elements unique to these streets. The song, “Siento, Pienso”, which translates to “I feel, I think”, is about a man finally letting go of a lost love. We shot in several neighborhoods throughout Harlem and Washington Heights, and got to use our friend’s 24 ft crane in one of the coolest corners in the city.
peace,
